Placemats

The Perfect Table

The perfect placemats to dress up your table. Whether you need placemats for every day use or special occasions, placemats will add the final touch to your table. Placements are also great for night tables, end tables and inside curios. Typically placemats are about 18" x 12" but they can be made to any size. Smaller placements can be used as doilies or trivets.

Special Days Placements

Special occasions are a snap. Whether your table is casual or formal, quilted placemats add your personal touch. Your table will be the envy of every guest.

Everyday Placemats

You can change your placemats as often as you want. Whether its a change of season, a mood swing, or complete decorating overhaul, there's a placement to fit the occasion.

Placemats Showcase

Placemats are so easy to make and matching your decor is easier than ever. Many times I've picked a decor to match a tablecloth and placemats. No more. I just make the placemats to match my decor. When piecing the placemats, I piece them together like a quilt adding a little bit extra on the final outside fabric to allow for cutting. Then once they are quilted, I cut them to size for the placemat, bind them, and I'm done.

Christmas Placemats 2013

I did several other placemats. There were two musical sets - one in red and one in gold. Also there was a shimmering poinsettia set done in black, green and silverk, a reindeer set and some I spy.

Winter In Black and White - 2013

These placemats turned out quite nicely. I used a black stripping, back, and binding that has a slight texture to it. These placemats are one of my favourites.

Winter In Red and White - 2013

I picked the fabric for these placemats from the same line. I like the way the winter berries and red flowers look together. I made another set only switched. This layout looked the best.

Birdie Placemats - November 2014

These placemats we made to use up some fabric I had in my stash. They are not pieced - just quilted and then cut to size. I made some coasters with the left over material.
